Our property offers a guest lodge, and a glamping cabin village, available to rent for short term stays as well as events. Whether you are looking for a couple’s retreat or a large group booking, there’s something for everyone. See below for details and pictures, and send an inquiry to book your stay.
The Guest Lodge / $675/night
The Guest Lodge has separate upper and a lower suites, which can be rented together or separately upon request.
Each suite has 2 bedrooms with king-size memory foam beds, a pull-out couch in the living area, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a patio with BBQs. Each suite also includes entertainment units with Apple TV, high-speed internet, games, and DVDs.
The shared outdoor oasis includes a pond, dock, gazebo, picnic area, lawn area, and private access to a sandy beach on the Lillooet River. House sleeps 8 very comfortably but can fit up to 6 with the use of the pull-out couches. Guests over 8 are $40 per person, per night. Pets are welcome with an extra $15 per pet, per night. Cleaning fees are added at $100 per suite.
A perfect home away from home for everyone who appreciates natural beauty, comfort, and space. Our custom guest house comes fully equipped for any occasion and sleeps a maximum of 12 people.

Glamping Cabin VILLAGE
unique custom cedar cabins / $1250/night
Newly built and exquisitely crafted, the Glamping Village includes 5 sleeping cabins, a luxurious outdoor kitchen, washroom facilities, and a bonfire pit.
4 A-Frame and 1 gazebo-style sleeping cabins are custom-built and provide a high-end glamping experience. They sleep a total of 10 people with the option to have additional guests in tents at a cost of $25 per person per night. They are the perfect way to experience the elements of BC’s West Coast in comfort. Each cabin includes a cozy queen-sized bed, electricity, hardwood floors, a fan, and a small covered porch. The gazebo-style cabin, has the bonus of a more spacious interior and patio, mini fridge, and a full-length mirror. Cleaning fees for the whole village are added at $300.
The rustic outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining with a BBQ, 5 burner gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, sink, cooking utensils, dishes, water boiler, and coffee maker. Enjoy a picturesque family dinner on the covered long table that seats up to 22 people!
The washroom facilities have 2 separate sides, each with hot showers, flushing toilets, sinks, and vanities.
The Glamping Village is nestled into a private corner of the property, next to the Lillooet River, with access to the rest of Green Water’s shared outdoor oasis.

Cancellations & Refunds
Green Water Resort requires full payment upon booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, cancellations under 14 days prior to arrival will receive no refund or discount.
